The Merit Jacquard Coloured Series has officially taken its final bow. Yes, we’re gutted. Yes, we’re playing sad violin music. No, we don’t know where the time went.
Designed with love (and a little obsessive attention to detail), these towels weren’t just any towels. They were that rare combination of everyday luxury and workhorse reliability—the kind of towel that made you feel like you lived in a boutique hotel, even if you were just drying your face in a bathrobe from 1997.
This series had it all:
Premium combed cotton? Tick.
Sturdy dobby hems that don’t unravel in the wash? Tick.
Softness that made you check the tag twice? Oh, tickety tick.
And that woven Jacquard pattern? Subtle enough to feel posh, bold enough to make your mum jealous.
But alas, like all good things—Bake Off winners, hot water at the campsite, reasonably priced avocados—the coloured range is now waving from the stern, Titanic-style, with nothing but a wistful little flutter of Coral left in stock.
So this is it: our last batch of Merit Coral Face Cloths. Perfectly punchy. Surprisingly stylish. And likely to disappear faster than you can say, “Wait, do we have any clean towels?”
Once they’re gone, that’s it. No encore, no hidden stash, no phoenix-rising-from-the-linen-cupboard.
Grab one (or six), and give your face the farewell tour it deserves.
