Shipping and Return Policy

We welcome your online order via our secure website. All orders will be confirmed with an email. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your order depending on product availability and warehouse stock. Your order may ship from our warehouse in North Vancouver or directly from one of our distributors across Canada. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow its progress. Please check the tracking number before calling us to ask where your parcel is 😉

We also offer FREE local shipping within Vancouver, North Vancouver,  West Vancouver and BC with orders over $200.

We are still doing Curbside Pickups, between 12:00pm and 5:00pm Fridays and Saturdays by appointment. No drop ins please.

Latex Mattresses are sold in person or by phone or email. Sorry no direct online purchase is available at this time. We ship mattresses using shipping services across North America


We will gladly issue you a refund within 14 days of purchase. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on any basic bedding or open-packaged bed linen which includes anything that has been washed or used unless it is defective.

Final sale on special or custom orders, which will say on the product page, ‘Final Sale’.

Returns brought to our office/warehouse can be processed immediately. However, returns by mail may take 2 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by email.

All items returned to North Shore Linens will be shipped prepaid by the customer unless otherwise specified. Feel free to contact us if you need to be advised on the best method of shipping. Items shipped back to North Shore Linens from outside of Canada may incur extra duties and taxes.

If you have placed an order with us online, and have decided to cancel the entire order, either by mistake in the items you purchased, or because you have changed your mind, we will issue you a full refund, minus the merchant processing fees of 2.9%. We are a small family run business and can not complimentarily cover the service fees for every cancelled order like other conglomerate businesses. We hope you can understand this, and if you would prefer to switch or chose other items from our website, or take a credit instead of the refund, we would be happy to help and work with you towards a solution.

BASIC BEDDING (pillows, duvets,mattress pads, mattress toppers, etc) & any item 40% or higher are final sale.


You will need to indicate the reason for return or exchange and the action to be taken such as exchange or refund. Place the return form in the box with your merchandise. Please see below for mailing instructions.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. If the goods returned are acceptable under our return policy we will refund the total value of the merchandise purchased including any taxes you were charged but excluding ANY delivery charge(s) including any extra duties or fees. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

Returning Merchandise Purchased Online:

Merchandise purchased online may be returned to our warehouse if you live local to us. Please remember the items must be in original condition and which excludes anything opened, washed, or worn.
