- We do not offer in-store browsing, shelf-shopping, or drop-in shopping.

We do not have staff available Sundays and Mondays to receive phone calls or answer emails.
If you contact us outside our regular hours, we’ll get back to you once we’re back in the office and have rejoined the land of bedding, buttons, and mildly chaotic order notes.

If we don’t pick up, we may be helping another customer, packing orders, receiving supplier shipments, or bouncing between warehouse tasks like lightly stressed bedding goblins.
Please leave a voicemail or send us an email, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible during customer service hours.
Calling repeatedly without leaving a message, will not make us answer faster. It simply creates a tiny symphony of missed calls while we are already helping someone else.
To put it another way: imagine you are the customer we are currently helping. The phone rings once. Fine. It rings again. And again. And again. Suddenly, instead of giving you our full attention, we are trying to silence the phone before everyone loses the will to discuss pillow protectors like civilized adults.
We promise someone does work here. We are just not always able to answer the exact second the phone rings. Please leave one voicemail or send one email, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup is available for completed online orders only.
Pickup Days: Fridays & Saturdays
Pickup Hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Please wait until you receive your pickup confirmation before coming by. Your order may not be ready just because the website has accepted your money. The website is enthusiastic. The warehouse still has to do the work.
