We don’t do traditional gift cards on our current website setup (it’s being a bit precious), but we can offer Gift Coupons — same idea, just with more checkout magic.

How it works

  1. Choose your amount (pick the value you want to gift).

  2. Check out as normal and pay for it.

  3. We’ll email you to get everything set up:

    • Either we’ll send you a unique coupon code to pass on to your lucky recipient, or

    • If you’d rather keep it cute and personal, we can use a “safe word” you choose (e.g. BISCUITS, NAPTIME, TOMHARDY — you get the idea). The recipient enters that at checkout and the discount is applied.

The important bit

The coupon is used at checkout to deduct from the cart total — simple, tidy, and no awkward “did you already have that duvet set?” conversations.

*Coupons reduce the cart total; shipping depends on checkout thresholds. If a coupon accidentally triggers a shipping fee, we’ll monitor orders and refund shipping where applicable.

Is this a gift card?

Not quite — it’s a gift coupon (same result, different label). The value is applied at checkout as a discount off the cart total.

How do I receive it?

After you purchase, we’ll email you to confirm how you’d like it set up:

  • a unique coupon code to forward, or

  • a safe word you choose (the recipient types it in at checkout).

What’s a “safe word” and why is it a thing?

It’s just a fun, personal keyword (like BISCUITS or SLEEPIN). Your recipient enters it at checkout and the discount applies. It’s basically a password, but cuter.

Can I send it directly to the recipient?

If you’d like, yes — reply to our email with their email address and we can send the details straight to them (no spoilers unless you want them).

Where is it used?

At checkout — in the coupon/discount code box.

Does it cover shipping and taxes?

The coupon deducts from your cart total (the items). Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery thresholds.

One tiny “gotcha”: if the coupon brings your cart total down enough (or even to $0), your order might drop below the free delivery/shipping threshold, and a shipping charge can pop up.

If that happens and your order should qualify for free local delivery/free shipping, we’ll keep an eye on it and refund the shipping where applicable. No drama — we’ll get you sorted.

Can it be used on sale items?

Yes, unless stated otherwise.

How long does it take to receive the code?

We’ll email you after purchase to set it up — usually within 1-2 business days.
