If you are on a desktop computer, you can create an account by clicking My Account in the left-hand menu on the homepage. That will take you to a page where you can either sign in or create a new account. (Am I a numpty for putting this not in the My Account section and then telling you how to get to the My Account section? Maybe.)

You can also create an account during checkout. Simply add your items to the cart, then click View Cart, which will pop up at the top of your screen after you add an item, or select My Cart or Checkout from the left-hand menu. As you fill in your billing and shipping details, there will be an option further down the page to create an account.

If you are using a tablet or mobile device, that menu is located at the very bottom of the page, so you will need to scroll down to find My Account or Checkout. (Why it lives down there is between the website and God.)

The benefit of creating an account is that it will save your shipping information and keep a record of your previous orders for easy reference. If you prefer not to create an account, you are also welcome to check out as a Guest.
